John Middleton

John possesses over 50 years of diverse experience in the restaurant industry. He is an alumnus of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration. Prior to establishing MKJ, John served as the Director of Real Estate for P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Chart House, and as the Chief Development Officer for Pei Wei Asian Diner. Additionally, John has expanded his expertise as a Sake Brewing Intern at Diamon Brewery in Osaka, Japan.
