Tom McCarty

Tom, a founding partner of MKJ Advisors (formerly Restaurant Brokerage, Inc.), specializes in developing and implementing growth strategies for national and regional restaurant chains. Tom managed early expansion strategies for The Capital Grille and Rock Bottom Restaurants, taking both concepts to over 35 units. Today Tom acts as the master broker nationally for restaurant chains, including Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q. Over the last 30 years Tom completed restaurant transactions in every major market in the United States. Prior to founding MKJ Advisors, Tom owned and operated multiple restaurants. Tom received a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado.
