Kim Krieg

Kim is one of the founding partners of the predecessor company to MKJ Advisors, LLC. In his 35+ year career, Kim has successfully executed over a billion dollars in real estate transactions with every major retail developer on every significant retail street and retail district in the United States. He has served as President and CEO of a major publicly traded restaurant and retail company and is active in private equity and real estate investing. His background includes new concept development, the planning and execution of store roll-outs, market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, and financial management. Kim is a graduate of Principia College in Alton, IL.
