Executive Chef Joe Magnanelli oversees the CUCINA culinary program. Willie's Grill & Icehouse

Bricktown makes beer at 4 percent alcohol by volume and delivers it to various locations to cut out the broker and distributor in Oklahoma’s four-tier alcohol system. Ten locations in OK and AR; two locations in Texas operating as Bricktown Tap House & Kitchen.
Founded by Hyunwook Lee who was formerly the lead sushi training chef for RA Sushi in their national expansion who later went on to open the successful two Pure Sushi locations. Once Hyunwook sold these two locations he opened Nori Sushi at the ever popular Desert Ridge in North Phoenix/Scottsdale and in West Hollywood. Mr. Lee is currently preparing to open his next location in North Scottsdale with a regional expansion in the works.
